With 30 plus years of coaching and developing individuals I am delighted to be able to offer my experience to you.

Working across the NHS and Charities I coached many  people in a wide variety of roles at all stages of their careers. From IT and Finance to Admin and senior managers among others, I have supported to many to identify their goals, rethink their options or find a way through problems or challenges.

Personally I have worked as an Advanced Clinical practitioner and  in a variety of Senior Management and Board level roles. I have led teams in Administration, IT, hospitality, maintenance and education as well as multi-professional clinical teams and I have been involved in leading many multifaceted projects and  developments.   As an NMC registered  nurse I am also able to offer professional clinical supervision and support preparation for revalidation.

In addition well used to juggling work life balance and have personal understanding of the challenges of caring responsibilities be it babies, children, older family members, or those with health challenges or disability and have combined his with coaching principles to support others . 
 

In short I am an experienced coach with  time to listen to your issues and help you identify a plan to reach your goals.
